Shai Bar Ephraim

Mr. Shai Bar-Ephraïm is an experienced payroll professional with a passion for payroll, employment law, and knowledge sharing. Since 2014, he has worked in the payroll profession, both within internal payroll organisations and in service-oriented roles for various clients. Since 2022, he has held leadership positions, managing teams in an international environment and being responsible for the further professionalisation of payroll and HR administration processes.

Alongside his work, he obtained a master's degree in Employment Law, further deepening his professional expertise. Since 2025, he has been a lecturer for the BKL, PDL, and VPS programmes. In this role, he combines practical experience, legal knowledge, and leadership experience to train and inspire (aspiring) payroll professionals.
