PDL - Personnel, Organization, and Communication

Many people are looking for a Personnel & Organization course, but did you know that the PDL module Personnel, Organization, and Communication is part of a comprehensive PDL payroll administration training program and offers more depth and career opportunities?
This module covers topics such as organizational structures, personnel management, payroll journal entries, and conducting consultation meetings. This module demonstrates the versatility of the work of a payroll administrator.

Contents of the module

  • Block 1: Organization
  • Block 2: Payroll administration / Automation
  • Block 3: The payroll journal entry
  • Block 4: Communication

Exam and certification

You can take an exam for each module at the Associatie voor Examinering. If you pass all three modules, you will receive the PDL diploma. This entitles you to register in the Register Salarisadministratie (RSa) of NIRPA. This maximizes your chances on the job market as a payroll professional.

Detailed description

There are many organizational structures that you may encounter throughout the country, and your own department will also work according to one of these structures. Each structure has characteristics that you, as a payroll administrator, need to be familiar with in order to work effectively and efficiently. Your field of work overlaps with that of your HR colleagues, so some knowledge of personnel management is necessary. You will find the same overlap with your colleagues in the finance department, which is why payroll journal entries are included in this module. Finally, as a payroll professional, you also provide advice and may have to deal with conflicts. How you handle this and communicate about it is the fourth part of this module.

Learn from practical trainers

All of our trainers have practical experience and are currently working in the field. This makes them the ideal link between the theory in your textbooks and everyday practice. They have interspersed the course material with interesting practical cases that will help you understand the subject matter more quickly.
