Dutch payroll: avoid unnecessary mistakes and reduce cost

On the 20th of March we’re offering the course Payroll in the Netherlands. In this course we will teach the essentials of running a Dutch payroll, instructed in English. Running a payroll in the Netherlands is among the most complicated in the world. Payroll taxes are the biggest source of income for the Dutch Government, amounting to over 156 billion annually. Knowledge of the Dutch Income & Payroll Taxes system is a precondition for ensuring compliance to produce that perfect paycheck and payroll taxes return. This course is the perfect start to this evergreen journey.

About the course

In this online course you will be guided trough the essentials of running a payroll in the Netherlands. You will learn about hiring and including personnel in payroll, about the wage tax and social security system, understanding gross-to-net and net-to-gross calculations, and understanding the payroll taxes return process. Are you (partly) responsible for running payroll in the Netherlands? Then this course is fundamental.

Learn from the payroll manager of one of the largest Dutch multinationals

In this course you will be guided through payroll by Max van der Klis-Busink RPP, the current payroll manager of Shell in the Netherlands. He has a wide range of experience in payroll. He previously held the position of Payroll Manager at iPS Powerful People, Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Payroll Manager Europe of Crocs. Max has extensive experience in all aspects of (international) payroll, from locals to expats and in-house and outsourced. Max specializes in “how to be in control of payroll”in an evidenced based and holistic manner. As Instructor for 2Xplain, he will deliver an interactive course ‘Payroll in the Netherlands’.

Attend the course from anywhere in the world

Payroll in the Netherlands is an online course. You (and your team) can attend the classes from anywhere in the world. You only need a device (computer, tablet, phone) with an internet connection. To get the best virtual experience, it’s highly recommended to have a device with a microphone and camera; interaction with your instructor is a big plus regarding the complexity of the subject. The investment for this course is €300. The course starts at 3:30 pm and will end around 5 pm.
